Case Management & Claims

Protection & Security Consulting
Beyond claims work, we also provide executive protection services. Furthermore, our team performs threat assessments and security consultations to help clients stay one step ahead of potential risks.

Training Programs
Meanwhile, we offer specialized training in several areas. For example, we run audio and video mystery shopper training programs. Similarly, we provide loss prevention techniques and undercover operative training to prepare teams for real-world challenges.

Testing & Loss Control
In addition to training, our services include polygraph testing and loss control strategies. These tools help clients reduce risk and protect their assets more effectively.

Technical & Digital Investigations
On the technical side, we specialize in computer investigations and digital forensics. This includes data recovery, email tracing, and drive imaging. Because these cases often require precision, our team stays current on the latest tools and techniques.

Field Investigations
Additionally, we provide process service and background checks. We also locate and help protect client assets, and we conduct thorough criminal investigations when needed.

Surveillance Support
